To the Members of the Magnolia Villas Homeowners’ Association;


CHANGE OF HOA MANAGEMENT


We find it in the best interest of our community to terminate our management agreement with Cromwell Management. Beginning in March, our HOA will be managed under Triliji Group with Georgetta Duncan being our primary contact. We believe this transition will provide better service, maintenance, and support to our community. At this time, we do not anticipate any changes to HOA dues because of this adjustment.


HOA DUES - COMMUNITY ACTION REQUIRED


Please suspend all payments to Cromwell Management before March 1, 2024. 


Triliji is creating an online portal for our membership where you will be able to set up an electronic bank transfer for monthly dues. There will be options for physical payments should that be preferable to any member of the HOA. Once a link is provided for your member profile, please set up your account and pay at that time. If you prefer a different method of payment, you will be able to set this up directly with Triliji after our portal has been created.


All members will pay dues for March, but the timeline may be delayed as we finalize our transition. If there are any questions regarding dues, please feel free to reach out to Adam. 


ANNUAL MEETING


As stated in our bylaws, our Annual Meeting should occur on March 12, 2024. We would like to postpone this meeting until April to allow Triliji time to adequately prepare. We will provide notice to all members regarding the Annual Meeting date as appropriate


FIREWOOD


A fallen tree on property was cut into firewood and is available for any member of the community. This firewood is located along the fenceline in our ‘common area.’
